For items that require setup or testing to check functionality (such as filling, charging, or initial use), light testing to confirm the product works is accepted. The item should not show signs of extended or heavy use, damage, or missing components.

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
